MINIMAT Countertop Convection Oven
OPTIMUM LIGHTING
Special Halogen lamps in the door frame provide indirect lighting, which puts your baked goods in the right light in a particularly appetising way.  This gives your customers the incentive to buy and enjoy.
MODULAR DESIGN
All components (ovens, stands, proofers, storage compartments and extraction hoods) have the same dimensions (w/d) and can be combined and stacked together to provide flexibility and meet changing demands.
VARIABLE SPEED FAN
There is nothing better than fast air for crusty, crispy goods and slow air for light baked goods.
RIGHT-LEFT RUNNING FAN
Brilliantly simple, simply brilliant.  The automatic right hand or left hand running fan gives the baked goods an appetising browning on all sides.
THERMODYN
The door double glazing functions as a reliable heat shield.  It reduces the heat radiation - no more burning your fingers when opening the door - and reduces unneccessary energy loss.  By the way:  Thermodyn opens up for easy cleaning.
HYGIENIC BAKING CHAMBER
The hygienic baking chamber makes cleaning easy and helps to save costs and time:  rounded corners and removable interior parts.  We think of you, that is why our competition can never keep up with us.
SAFETY DOOR HANDLE
The special-stage-mechanism of the safety door handle reliably prevents uncontrolled heat loss on opening.  Again, saving you on energy costs. 
SMALL COUNTERTOP DESIGN
Our Model MINIMAT weighs less than 100lbs., uses only 2 square feet of space, operates on a 20 amp single phase circuit but bakes evenly all day long.  This oven is ideal for sandwich shops, convenience stores, pretzel franchises, etc.
INTELLIGENT EXTRACTION HOOD
A superior solution for steam that spreads out in the store and annoys sales assistants and makes an expenisve exhaust system superfluous.  The sensors regulate themselves as required.  The intelligent extraction hood sets itself infinitely and switches on and off automatically.  With the intelligent extraction hood, the steam attempting to escape through the door frame and the rear of the oven is suctioned off directly, immediately condensed into water and piped away.
